This is a 24 foot long tiny house on wheels with a rooftop deck that's built right into the roofline which is a great way to create an outdoor space that moves with the house,
especially for someone who doesn't have room to build a deck where they're going to be parked. It also has a kitchen with loads of counter space, a loft with extra headroom, a dishwasher, and a hidden combo washer/dryer.
The house is a hybrid so it can run off solar power for short periods of time but it currently only has 500 watts of solar and a couple of batteries so it would need to be upgraded to be completely off-grid. The water system can switch between a fresh and greywater tank, or be hooked up to municipal water. The house also has a Separett composting toilet and a propane water heater and stove.
Daniel and his wife JoAnna built this 24-foot long tiny house on wheels as a model to see what they could fit in it and to allow people to see what tiny house living is all about.
Their goal was to make it as comfortable as possible so they've got a loft with extra headroom that allows you to sit up in bed, a ladder staircase combo that's comfortable to go up and down, and a hidden dishwasher and washer dryer as well.
